Your points will expire after 2 years of inactivity. Activity is defined as the last time you redeemed any amount of points.

Yes. At the launch of the Wiha Pro Rewards program we've given all past purchasers a one-time point deposit for orders placed between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022.

When you return a product, the points earned from the purchase will be subtracted from your account's point balance.
No, you cannot merge accounts. Each member can only have one account tied to one email address. Make sure you are using an accessible email when creating an account.

No. The Wiha Pro Rewards program is only for purchases at wihatools.com.
Make sure you are signed into your account, then at checkout you can use your points to apply a discount towards your order.
Yes. You can still retrieve a coupon code for later use. Log into your account, navigate to the Account page, click the Pro Rewards tab, and click Pro Rewards history. The coupon code will be included in your Pro Rewards history.
Reward codes are granted in increments of $10 (200 points). You can redeem up to $100 (2,000 points) on a single purchase.
